At Clax, we are committed to delivering premium quality products designed to provide years of reliable performance. Every genuine Clax Cart purchased through an authorised retailer or distributor is backed by our comprehensive 2-year warranty, giving you confidence in your investment.
Our 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a fault arises due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will assess your claim and, where applicable, repair or replace the affected component or product.
However, all claims must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and a Warranty Application Form.
No product registration is required. Your warranty is automatically valid from the date of purchase.

Once we receive your claim, our team will review the information and contact you with the next steps. Additional information may be requested to help assess the issue.
All warranty claims are subject to inspection by Clax Cart Australia. We may request photographs, videos or additional information to assist with the assessment. In some cases, Clax Cart Australia may request the product be returned for physical inspection before a warranty decision can be made. We will cover associated costs of postage when we deem it is required, however, requests for return by the customer will be accepted at your own expense.
Warranty approval is subject to inspection of the product. Failure to provide the requested information or permit the required inspection may result in the warranty claim being delayed, declined, or unable to be assessed.
Where a warranty claim is approved, Clax Cart Australia will default to supply genuine replacement parts required to rectify the manufacturing defect. Clax Cart will also provide instructions and electronic materials to complete the repair with replacement parts. It is the customers responsibility to follow the instructions provided, and complete the repair.
Any associated costs required to complete an approved warranty repair. Including replacement parts, labour, freight, shipping or other reasonable repair related expenses – will be covered only where deemed necessary and authorised by Clax Cart Australia as part of the approved warranty claim.
Only Clax Cart Australia gets to decide what action is to be taken to remedy the fault. We will strictly not accept returns of products, where replacement parts have been offered under warranty.
Where a warranty claim is approved, Clax Cart Australia will determine the most appropriate remedy. This may include the repair of the product, replacement of defective parts, replacement of the product, or another suitable solution at our discretion.
Repairs carried out under warranty must be authorised by Clax Cart Australia. Unauthorised repairs or modifications may void your warranty.
The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase and is valid for two (2) years.
This will be clearly stated on your Authenticity Card if you are unsure.
Clax Cart Australia reserves the exclusive right to determine the appropriate remedy for all warranty claims. Where possible, approved warranty claims will be remedied through the repair of the product using genuine Clax replacement parts. A full product replacement will only be authorised where Clax Cart Australia determines that repair is not feasible, practical, or appropriate. A customer’s preference for a full product replacement does not determine the warranty outcome.
Clax Cart Australia does not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases where a product has been used, assembled, or a fault has been identified after delivery.
If you experience an issue with your Clax Product, please contact us to lodge a warranty claim before seeking to return the product. Where a warranty claim is approved, Clax Cart Australia will determine the appropriate remedy in accordance with this warranty, which may include repair, replacement of defective parts, replacement of the product, or another suitable remedy where applicable.
A customer’s preference to return a product or receive a refund after a fault has occurred does not alter the warranty assessment or the remedy determined by Clax Cart Australia.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
Products must not be returned to Clax Cart Australia without prior authorisation. If return of the product is required for inspection or repair, return instructions will be provided as part of the warranty assessment process.
Unauthorised returns may be refused or returned to the sender. Where return freight is required, Clax Cart Australia will advise the customer of the approved shipping method and any applicable costs before the product is returned.
