Warequip Solutions will endeavour to supply all items published in their online stores. In the unlikely event your order cannot be fulfilled immediately, your order will be placed on backorder and you will be notified via email of the new estimated delivery date.


All CLAX products come with a 24 month manufacturers ‘warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. All other brands sold on claxcart.com.au come with a 12 month warranty.

Clax Cart – Designed and made in Germany 24mth warranty.
Scout Cart – Designed in USA made in China 12mths warranty.
Shopper Crates – Designed and made in Netherlands 12mths warranty.

To make a warranty claim, please visit our website, download and complete the Warranty Application Form. Send your completed form, along with any photos of damage/defects, to [email protected]. We will assess your claim and get back to you with an outcome.

Please note, for all warranty claims, we reserve the right to assess the condition and age of any returned goods prior to offering an exchange or repair.


If your goods are supplied defective or do not perform to their advertised description, they may be eligible for exchange or repair provided you submit a warranty claim within 7 days of receiving your goods. To submit a warranty claim, please follow the warranty procedure outlined above.

 Please make sure you include your order number and any relevant details of the mistakes in the order you received.

If faulty or incorrect items need to be returned to Clax Cart for repair or exchange, we will provide you with a return postage label at no cost to you. Where replacement, repaired and/or correct item(s) need to be supplied, these will be sent out to you at no additional charge.


If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact our team at [email protected] with your order number and the reasons for your return request within 7days of receiving your item/s. We will review your request and if accepted, issue a Return Authority Form. Goods will not be accepted for change of mind returns unless a prior agreement is made with Clax Cart and a Return Authority Form is issued.

All change of mind returns will incur a restocking fee (20% of the invoice total). It will be the purchaser’s responsibility to return the goods to Clax Cart at their own cost. No freight charges will be credited for change of mind returns.

All goods returned under a change of mind return must be in a resalable condition – unused and in the original sealed packaging. If for any reason, the goods are returned to Clax Cart and deemed in an unsatisfactory condition, your return will be void. If your return is deemed void, no refund will be issued and it will be the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange recollection of their goods.

Where a refund is authorised, the refund will be made to the same card or original payment method.


Change of mind on Afterpay orders are ineligible for refunds. Clax Cart takes no responsibility for change of mind, incorrect details or mistakes made by the purchaser on these orders.



Transit Cover is automatically added to your shipment. Transit Cover provides peace of mind that your goods are protected from loss or damage during transport. 

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all please send a claim to [email protected] and include your order number. Clax Cart will raise a claim with Shippit and if Shippit deems your item lost or damaged in transit, Warequip Solutions will provide replacement goods at no extra charge. Replacement goods will not be sent out until Warequip Solutions has received confirmation from Shippit that the goods have been deemed lost or damaged. 

Transit Cover does not cover incorrectly addressed items, errors made by the purchaser on the order, or if you have given authority to leave the goods in a safe place. 


Orders placed on Clax Cart are shipped via Australia Post.

Warequip Solutions endeavours to despatch all orders within 1-2 working days of receiving your order. Warequip Solutions accepts no responsibility for shipping timing and delays once goods leave our warehouse. During busy postage periods (e.g. Christmas and the Covid-19 pandemic) delivery times may increase. Warequip Solutions will not refund delivery charges due to delayed delivery.


Once your order is despatched you will receive an email from Australia Post with tracking details. All order tracking and delivery enquiries should be directed to Australia Post.

Warequip Solutions will supply a compliant tax invoice with the delivery of your goods.


If you supply incorrect delivery information and your parcel is unable to be delivered, the items will be returned to Warequip Solutions. Once received, Warequip Solutions will contact you to confirm re-delivery details. In cases where incorrect details have been supplied, a re-delivery charge will apply.


Depending on the delivery carrier used, if you are unavailable at the time of delivery a card will be left notifying you of a pickup location. These items are held at this location for a maximum of 7 days. After this time they will be returned to Warequip Solutions and you will be charged a re-delivery fee.


You can return items to us if they are: 

  • faulty
  • incorrectly described
  • different from sample shown
  • not of an acceptable quality

To ask for an exchange, repair or refund, you will need to provide evidence that you purchased the product from us via an order confirmation, tax Invoice or proof of purchase.

All claims must be made in writing (with images if relevant) within 7 days from date of delivery to [email protected]. We will assess the claim and if it is found to be faulty or unfit for its intended purpose, we will offer you an exchange, repair or refund (depending on issue).

All refunds issued will be made using the same method as your original payment.

If parts can be supplied to replace damaged components, Warequip Solutions will post these free of charge.

If your item needs to be returned to Warequip Solutions for repair or exchange, Warequip Solutions will provide you the appropriate postage label and you simply lodge the package at your local post office (no postage charge to you). Warequip Solutions will return the repaired item to you at no additional charge once repaired.
